Soft Tissue Surgery

Our Veterinarians are skilled surgeons that can perform routine spay and neuter procedures as well as mass removal, abdominal exploratory, perineal urethrostomy and many other non-routine procedures on all species that we treat.

Most surgeries are performed under general anesthesia or heavy sedation with local anesthetics. We ensure that your pet remains safe during these procedures by utilizing pre-operative blood work and careful intraoperative monitoring.

 

 Anesthetic parameters that we monitor:

  • Heart rate

  • Blood oxygenation (SPO2)

  • EKG

  • Blood Pressure

  • Respirations

  • Carbon dioxide levels

  • Body temperature
