Hospital Policies
General Services:

Payment is due at the time of service, we do not offer payment plans

We accept all major credit cards and Care Credit

We will not share your records with another individual unless specifically permitted by you

We will not store your credit card information or Identity Security reasons

Invoices unpaid will incur a 25% fee upon being sent to collections for payment
Appointment Services:

We do not offer house call services

For same day sick appointments and emergent fit-in appointments we require a non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment. This deposit is applied to the total cost of your visit

We do our best to accommodate all of our patients, but there are occasions when we will have to refer you to an emergency facility

You can choose to remain curb-side for your appointment -please let us know at the time of scheduling the appointment

New clients and patients are required to leave a non-refundable deposit upon booking an appointment. This deposit is applied to the total cost of your visit

We do instill a late fee if you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment on multiple occasions
Hospitalized Pet Services:

We do not provide 24 hour supervision, should your pet require emergent overnight care we will ask that you transfer your pet to an emergency facility

In the event that your pet does need to stay in our hospital overnight, they will not be supervised after office hours. Your pet will not be permitted free roam of the facility, they will be contained in comfortable, safe conditions. The hospital is secured with fire and entry alarms to help keep them safe
Surgical Services:

We require a non-refundable deposit for all of our surgical services. The deposit will be the low end of the estimated cost of the procedure, up to a maximum deposit of $200 for routine procedures

Urgent procedures require a deposit of the low end of the estimated procedure, with no maximum deposit amount
Deposit Policies:

Same-day appointment deposits are refundable with 1 hour's notice of cancelation or rescheduling

Regularly scheduled appointments, Fit-In, and Drop-Off deposits are refundable with a 24-hour notice of cancelation or rescheduling

Surgery deposits are refundable with 7 days' notice of cancelation or rescheduling

Ultrasound procedure deposits are refundable with a 48-hour notice of cancelation or rescheduling
-
Deposits are not obtained for CareCredit payments due to fees and no-interest schedules
Medical Decisions:

Due to legal requirements, we cannot allow anyone other than the owner(s) of the account to bring a patient in to be seen/treated without written documentation

If another person must bring your pet(s) in for care, we require a Proxy Form to be completed before the appointment. Patients who are not brought in by the owner(s) listed on the account and have no proxy form will be turned away. Proxy forms can be completed for indefinite or temporary coverage and must be completed, regardless of who is bringing the pet in. Proxy forms can only be substituted with legal documentation of Power of Attorney
